Springview Academy is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus.

About the role

The Lead Preschool Teacher will lead a team of educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. They will plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Assess student growth and development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff
• Support child development through play-based learning
• Maintain classroom management and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid state teaching license
• At least 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
• Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia educational philosophies is preferred
