Lead Pre-Service Representative, Authorization Management, Days

Responsibilities

• Serve as trainer and resource person for Pre Service Representatives.
• Work closely with the manager to ensure Pre Service meets or exceeds productivity and quality standards through daily observance and quality reviews.
• Cook up daily work assignments and work in work queues as needed to ensure goals are met.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft office and possess PC skills.
• Prioritize experience with a healthcare system, particularly in a Pre Service or Patient Access setting as a trainer or resource person.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a Pre Service or Patient Access healthcare setting as a trainer or resource person.
