Lead Pre-Sales Solutioner
About the role
You will design Cloud and hybrid architectures (landing zones, security, networking, automation, CI/CD) ensuring scalability, compliance and cost optimization. You will manage architectural governance, functional and non-functional requirements, and risk mitigation. As the point of reference in pre-sales, you will lead discovery, demos/PoCs, business cases, TCO/ROI analyses, economic proposals and delivery plans. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (CxO, IT leadership, procurement) through workshops, presentations and technical-commercial negotiations. You will contribute to the standardization of architectural patterns and Cloud governance (FinOps, security-by-design).
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, compliant and cost-optimized Cloud and hybrid architectures (landing zones, security, networking, automation, CI/CD)
- Define and enforce architectural governance, functional and non-functional requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead pre-sales activities: discovery, demos/PoCs, business cases, TCO/ROI analyses, economic proposals and delivery plans
- Engage with stakeholders (CxO, IT leadership, procurement) via workshops, executive presentations and technical-commercial negotiations
- Standardize architectural patterns and promote Cloud governance practices (FinOps, security-by-design)
Requirements
- Significant experience (5–10+ years) in Cloud/Solution Architecture roles on enterprise projects
- At least one certification among Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect; plus certifications in security, DevOps or networking
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build cost cases (TCO/ROI), define budgets and support economic discussions
- Strong writing, public speaking and storytelling skills; mastery of workshops and executive presentations
- Soft skills: collaborative leadership, active listening, stakeholder management, negotiation and critical thinking

Pay
Annual gross salary (RAL) from €37,791 to €95,000, defined in accordance with European and national transparency regulations. The minimum value corresponds to the minimum economic treatment provided by the applicable CCNL for the indicated level and role and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The final offer will be determined based on skills, professional experience, seniority and specific profile characteristics, in line with the company’s remuneration and classification system and respecting objective, gender-neutral criteria.
