Skills

• Curriculum and Instruction: Implement developmentally appropriate Pre-K lessons
• Implement activities that follow MSDE standards
• Health and Safety: Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards, licensing regulations and ensure their well-being
• Family Communication: Communicate with families about progress and daily activities
• Support children’s social-emotional growth and school readiness
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Preschool certification preferred
• 1–2 years of experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
