Lead Platform Engineer - Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Platform Engineer - Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a distributed platform engineering team focused on solutions that support client integrations, production reliability, and scalable system performance. The position will partner closely with pre-sales, engineering, and global leadership teams to define priorities, deliver technical improvements, and keep complex initiatives moving on schedule. It also requires strong people leadership across multiple regions, with an emphasis on collaboration, communication, and continuous enhancement of the platform environment.
