The Team
The Lead Physical Therapist, Satellite Clinic is a leader of the Patient Care team at their satellite, the team at the heart of day to day patient care. At Origin, the Patient Care team is supported by all other teams (think of Patient Care being at the heart of what we do) and supports patients through their healing experience at Origin from start to finish.
The Role
- Specifically, the Lead Physical Therapist, Satellite Clinic is responsible for efforts to grow the overall patient caseload of their satellite in partnership with the Clinical Director, Satellites, Talent Acquisition and Brand & Growth teams.
- Supports Physical Therapists in their satellite and works cross functionally with the Patient Services team to ensure a high touch, high quality patient experience end-to-end.
- Responsible for leading their satellite clinic by:
- Performing the tasks associated with the duties and responsibilities of a Physical Therapist
- Meting with Clinical Director of Satellite Clinics weekly
- Supporting the recruitment and interviewing of Physical Therapists
- Assisting with mentorship and onboarding of Physical Therapists
- Informing upward to escalate issues, be a voice for local team
- Collecting inventory and communicating need for supplies to the clinical director
- Leading PT Talk (case discussions) monthly
- Serving as a Clinical Instructor for Physical Therapy student rotations
- Problem solving, partnering on challenges and suggesting solutions to support both the patient and physical therapist experience
- Serving as a voice for the satellite, advocating for its growth and success
- Growing caseload for the satellite through awareness building to providers, local influencers, and the recruitment of additional pelvic floor Physical Therapists
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California (new grads welcome to apply!!)
- Interest in women’s health, pelvic floor physical therapy
- Pelvic Floor physical therapy experience, certification (not required, but we love it!)

Pay Range
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD per year (Pasadena, CA)
