Lead Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education through an interdisciplinary approach.
• Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.
• Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
• Serves in a mentoring capacity for the therapy staff and oversees day to day operations of the unit or clinic including, staffing, scheduling of patients, regulatory compliance, staff professional development, marketing and physician relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• Masters Preferred
• Doctorate Preferred
• Two years of applicable work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit
• Previous leadership experience, preferred
• Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
• Current state of employment licensure in physical therapy
• BLS
• Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Pay

The posted compensation range of $41.26 - $66.07 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 10 hour days.
