About the Role
Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant position within a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision
- Assist in patient evaluation and referral
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain regulatory documentation
- Obtain physician orders
- Act as a leader/mentor in the discipline
- Assume responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in their absence
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited program
- Current state license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
