Physical Therapist - Full Time
About the role
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Concord, CA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports, or musculoskeletal care preferred
- Ability to deliver one-on-one direct patient care and follow evidence-based, exercise-driven treatment plans
- Comfort working with progressive, risk-stratified protocols and outcome-driven documentation systems
- Willingness to participate in productivity and quality measures tied to access and income markers
- Eligible candidates include new graduates and therapists with 2+ years of experience
- CEU participation and residency program engagement are available and may be expected
