Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee route reconciliation from prior day's deliveries, using POD and exception reporting.
- Check in all product returns and ensure proper handling per SOPs (wrapping, condition reports, etc.).
- Manage Return Authorizations (RAs), including creating them or contacting Customer Service when needed.
- Log and track RAs in the daily TRL, maintain accurate Return Placards, and update the Returns Manifest.
- Cook up return trailer schedules with the Transportation team.
- Work with inventory team to ensure timely invoicing for exchanges and cancellation processing in Storis.
- Review and process markouts.
- Oversee piece disposition, including submission of destruction documentation and photos.
- Conduct dock searches as requested and ensure timely completion.
- Partner with claims administration to resolve missing product claims efficiently.
- Conduct scheduled and cycle physical inventories across both retail store and 3PL hub locations (in-person and remote).
- Use RF scanners, tablets, ERP systems, and delivery portals to validate and document counts.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages; support root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to ensure accurate prep, execution, and reconciliation of inventories.
- Maintain and continuously improve SOPs related to physical inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation.
- Follow compliance requirements (e.g., SOX documentation) and safety standards during all inventory activities.
- Support internal audit requests and contribute to operational process improvements.
- Maintain organized, accurate records of audits, variances, adjustments, and reconciliation data.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Years of experience: 1 year of inventory–related Warehouse/Delivery experience. Loss prevention experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and experience in WMS or Delivery software. RF experience is required.
- Dedicated to business and allows flexibility with work hours if necessary.
