Primary Responsibilities
- Interpret prescriptions, create order access/input/retrieve Rx information, and verify reimbursement eligibility
- Process prior authorizations and complex site matters
- Review team stats and provide feedback on individual and team progress (site expert and leader)
- Take escalated and/or supervisor calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
- Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist
- Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
- Processes wholesaler medication orders
- Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
- Aids the Pharmacist in pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
- Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
- Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
- 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- 1+ years of multi-site and team training experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume pharmacy setting supporting workflow and team execution
- Ability to work onsite at 1035 E Jefferson St. Suite P1 Phoenix, AZ 85034, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm
- Access to reliable transportation

- 1+ years of experience working within Genoa
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
