Lead Person VRT

Lead overseeing and coordinating daily operations of a team or department. Manage workflow, ensure quality and efficiency, provide guidance and support to team members, and maintain adherence to safety and operational standards. Assist in fostering a safety culture and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to work in humid, cold, wet, or slippery surfaces at varied heights around moving equipment and parts while using personal protective equipment (P.P.E)

Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Previous knife experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

• Ability to work safely, wear P.P.E, and follow instructions

• Strong work ethic
