Primary Responsibilities
- Manage coordination and supervision of various U-Haul Repair Shop Teams, i.e., preventive maintenance, trailer, detail, van body, etc.
- Read and interpret Electronic Pre-Inspection information.
- Maintain professionalism and a coaching disposition.
- Aiding in repairing equipment using the appropriate tools, technologies, and procedures to restore vehicles to proper working condition.
- Seek ways to improve business operation efficiencies and customer service.
- Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- A positive attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools.
- An understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Work Environment
- The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals.
- May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands
- The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
