Responsibilities
- Provide a superior patient experience by providing pharmacy customer service to an assigned group of patients.
- Make outgoing refill reminder calls to patients with chronic diseases.
- Serves as a link between patient, physician and pharmacy.
- Trains within the PCC department and prepares a variety of reports as assigned by their supervisor.
- Makes outgoing refill reminder calls to patients with chronic diseases.
- Monitors service calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies for training purposes.
- Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer issues.
- Develops quick reference guides and other reference materials for PCCs as needed.
- Accurately input necessary data to keep patient records up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years PCC experience
- Pharmacy Technician Registration
