About the role

Lead Partner Success Specialists are key members of our team, responsible for supporting educators and families in maximizing the impact of our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting educators in implementing and adapting Teaching Strategies' curricula effectively
  • Providing ongoing professional development and coaching to enhance teaching practices
  • Engaging with families through various communication channels to support home-school connections
  • Assessing educator and family needs to tailor support services
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive program support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with educators and families in early childhood settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with Teaching Strategies' products and services
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule
