About the role
Lead Partner Success Specialists are key members of our team, responsible for supporting educators and families in maximizing the impact of our programs.Responsibilities
- Supporting educators in implementing and adapting Teaching Strategies' curricula effectively
- Providing ongoing professional development and coaching to enhance teaching practices
- Engaging with families through various communication channels to support home-school connections
- Assessing educator and family needs to tailor support services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive program support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with educators and families in early childhood settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with Teaching Strategies' products and services
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
