Responsibilities

• Provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.
• Reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure the facility for the night.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports; conduct inspections when necessary.
• Perform cash register and customer service duties.
• Roll tables into and out of the Outlet store.
• Pull items from the sales floor, place them in carts/totes, and move them to the recycling area.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and well-stocked (may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds).
• Inspect bins in and out of the Outlet Store to ensure items are properly sorted.
• Load cardboard and textiles into baling machines and tighten bale wires.
• Operate the dump machine.
• Complete light paperwork and maintain weight/item logs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience and at least two (2) years of retail experience, preferably in a lead role.
• Must demonstrate integrity, resourcefulness, and enjoy a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.

Schedule

Most stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM.
