Lead Org Design & Change Management Consultant

About the role

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customers through IT operating model transformations
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of Change Management Leads and Practitioners
• Design organizational structures that align with cloud architectures
• Facilitate Agile structural shifts and flatten management hierarchies
• Coach line managers on strategic delivery and domain authority

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Change Management and Organizational Design experience
• 5 years dedicated to change management
• 3-5 years of external consulting experience with C-Suite relationships
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., ProSci, Kotter)
• Google Cloud Digital Leader and Google Generative AI Leader certified or completion within 6 months

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
