About the role
Revolution is hiring Lead Operators to support its Oakdale, MN location. This role is a hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s).
Responsibilities
- Lead stretch-film production line(s)
- Ensure quality meets customer expectations
- Observe operation of machines and report equipment concerns to supervisor
- Perform changeovers on production lines according to customer orders
- Aid in training new employees, operators, and material handlers
- Aid production team with cleaning and organization of manufacturing areas
- Handle products according to customer specifications and company's production standards
- Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with safety guidelines
- Handle other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior production and/or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
- Essential reading and writing skills required
- Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed
- Dependable, fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice
