Lead Operations Coordinator - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Assists the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of an assigned department
• Disburses schedules and ensures a smooth workflow through the department
• Conducts material inspections and quality audits of WIP and finished items
• Monitors inventory levels and brings materials to the department from storage areas as needed
• Provides direction and troubleshoots with department associates as needed to ensure smooth production flow
• Coordinates the department materials set-up working off the schedule, controlling the workflow to operators
• Coordinates and/or handles repairs as needed
• Assists with on-the-job training for associates newly assigned to the department as well as current associates regarding new procedures
• Assists operators in basic repair and maintenance of equipment
• Notifies the Supervisor of any equipment needs or concerns
• Performs all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures and champions a safety culture
• Maintains work area in a neat, clean and orderly fashion

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic ability to read and write English
• Prior experience working within the manufacturing environment

Pay

• 2nd Shift Mattress Build Lead - $23 + $2 shift differential
• Quilter Lead - $25 + $2 shift differential
