About the role

Guitar Center Distribution is seeking a team lead to oversee our case seal team in the shipping department.

Responsibilities

• Performs department operational tasks assigned by Supervisor, such as shipping, receiving, etc.
• Monitors and assists associates to ensure certain procedures are being followed.
• Guides daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments.
• Trains associates on department tasks.
• Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
• Ensures compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and department.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).

Pay

$21.50 per hour.
