About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems built on Microsoft technology stacks. This role spans the full engineering lifecycle — requirements analysis, architectural design, hands-on implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release support — with particular emphasis on building scalable APIs, responsive front-end applications, and cloud-integrated services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance APIs and backend services using C# and .NET Core
  • Build responsive, modern front-end applications using JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
  • Work with SQL Server to design and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and query plans
  • Deploy and manage applications in Azure or AWS cloud environments, leveraging managed services and identity integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based version control and DevOps tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
  • 6+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, design patterns, and system design
  • Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React
  • Solid SQL skills with deep experience working with SQL Server
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling, Git, and cloud deployment (Azure or AWS)

Skills

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
  • Ability to work in large enterprise-scale environments with a focus on reliability, security, and auditability
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed system design principles (preferred)
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and DevOps platforms like Azure DevOps (preferred)

Pay

Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 Annually

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
