Lead .NET Developer with 8+ years of experience, based in San Antonio, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices, and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of extensive experience in .NET, .NET Core, SQL, C#, and ASP.NET.
- Strong SQL writing skills and SQL Server knowledge.
- Should be able to lead the team well.
- Extensive experience in HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem analysis-to-resolution skills.
- Good experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
