About the role

Work Location: San Antonio, TX. Open for Remote: No. Client Interview: Yes. Experience level: 9 to 12 Years.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop robust .NET applications through the team, ensuring alignment with project specifications and delivery timelines.
• Promote and govern adoption of GitHub Copilot across development teams.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in .NET technologies, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and implement enhancements to existing solutions, ensuring they meet current quality standards and client needs.
• Train and mentor team members in .NET development practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and talent development to mitigate project delivery risks.
• Analyze client specifications and deliver tailored solutions leveraging .NET and SQL Server, ensuring a deep understanding of relevant domains.
• Review and assess project deliverables against established quality benchmarks and industry best practices, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify opportunities for client value creation through innovative .NET solutions and implement leading industry practices to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, GitHub.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development practices within SDLC, leveraging GitHub Copilot.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation & container technologies (Docker).
• Strong experience with SQL Server for database management and optimization.
• Proficiency in software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in loan origination application/product.

Pay

$45/hr W2
