Join our Dermatology team as a Lead Mohs Microtechnology Specialist and step into a specialty where precision, compassion, and curiosity shine.
Location: Onalaska Clinic
No weekend or holiday hours required

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a liaison between staff, the manager, and Mohs surgeons to support strong communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure lab facilities, equipment, and the work environment are maintained for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, record keeping, and service logs.
  • Lead Dermatology laboratory immunohistochemistry staining operations, including staining technique, control selection, and reagent titration.
  • Keep procedure manuals current, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

What You Need

  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PN
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification
  • BLS for healthcare workers
  • Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date
  • Minimum of 3 years' of Mohs (Histology) experience.
