Lead Metrics Analyst (w/ active TS/SCI)

About the role

Lead a team in developing and implementing metrics-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular analysis of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Present findings to stakeholders and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on metrics and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or defense setting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
