About the role

The Lead Mental Health Technician supervises direct care staff in the absence of a Milieu Supervisor to ensure a safe, secure, and effective treatment setting for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff in the absence of a Milieu Supervisor
• Ensure a safe, secure, and effective treatment setting for all residents

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience working with adolescents
• Experience in residential treatment
• Must be 21 years of age
• Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bilingual
• 2 to 4 years of experience in residential treatment

Full-Time Schedule: 5 days a week; 8 hours a day; 40 hours a week - 2nd Shift, must work weekends
