Lead Mental Health Clinician
About the role
We invite you to join our dynamic team of mental health practitioners and leaders at our Woburn office, conveniently located at W. Cummings Park between Route 93 and Route 95. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA and able to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure. Responsibilities
- Conducting initial clinical assessments
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews and case notes
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Maintaining a caseload of clients
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
- Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure
- Assisting with administrative duties as determined by Regional Clinic Director
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D) in MA and ability to provide supervision for clinicians seeking licensure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
Candidates with interest in treating children and families or who are bilingual are a plus.

Pay
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
