Lead Mental Health Clinician

Responsibilities

• Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• Providing excellent customer service for clients
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Maintaining a part-time caseload of clients
• Coeordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
• Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
• Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure

Requirements

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3 years or longer in MA and /or be qualified to provide supervision (LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D)
• Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Candidates should be able to work within a multi-cultural lens
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
• Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Qualifications

• Independent license in MA and ability to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working towards licensure

Pay

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
