Responsibilities
- Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Maintaining a part-time caseload of clients
- Coinciding services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
- Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure
Credentialing Requirements
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated field
- Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3 years or longer in MA and /or be qualified to provide supervision (LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D)
- Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
- Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
