Job Summary We are looking for a candidate who has experience in one-to-one sales, who is reliable and radiates positive energy. This position is primarily responsible for leading monthly sales initiatives, customer service, maintaining a clean studio environment, and selling memberships to guests. Each of our team members are critical to our business because they set the pace for every guest’s experience which impacts our studio's growth on a daily basis. Responsibilities Attend sales call with our corporate office 1 to 2x a weekPrepare the team for upcoming promotionsPrepare the studio for upcoming promotions (print/create collateral to display, schedule automated text and email campaigns)Set goals and track sales progress, dailyForecast monthly revenueSell memberships in a commission-based atmosphereUnderstand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapyUse our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!Administer studio tours for new guests, answer all questions about services and the facilityProvide consistent, top-notch customer serviceMaintain clean facility and studio appearanceAssist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to engage comfortably with customersReliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistentlyEnthusiastic about health, wellness, and benefits of sauna and red light therapyProactive and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a teamComfortable with handling inquires, providing information, and addressing customer concernsComfortable with one-on-one salesComfortable with Google Sheets, Drive, and other Google applications Shifts/Hours: Closing shifts - 2:30 to 9pm Minimum of 4 shifts a week (:24 hours minimum) This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
