Responsibilities

• Supervise and support medical assistant staff across various clinic locations
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure proper sterilization and supply inventory
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
• Provide compassionate patient education and support
• Travel between clinic locations as needed to support operational needs

Skills And Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and medical documentation standards
