Lead, Mechanical Engineer
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro about L3Harris: mission, culture, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly.
We have:

We also have company culture intro: "L3Harris is dedicated to recruiting and developing high-performing talent...". That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since we have no explicit "About the role" content besides job description, we could put the introductory paragraph under "About the role". Or we could omit About the role if we think it's not specific enough? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can include About the role with that intro.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. So we must drop all that after benefits.
Also we must not include duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed all that. Check if any content missing: The job location: Millersville, MD/ Herndon, VA. Should we include location? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could include in About the role paragraph or a separate short p. But we already have About the role paragraph long; we could add location there. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; location is substantive. So we should include it somewhere. Could add a sentence in About the role: "The position is based in Millersville, MD/Herndon, VA." Or we could add a separate short paragraph under About the role. Let's add to About the role. Also we have Job Code: 44549 - minor metadata, can drop. Schedule we already have. We also have "Job Description:" heading but we used that content. We need to ensure we didn't repeat any content unnecessarily. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience" - none. Check for Pay: we gave a summary but we should preserve the specific ranges per location. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should not summarize away detail; we need to keep the specific location-based ranges. The posting gave two sets: one for CA, MA, NJ, WA, Greater D.C., Denver, NYC; another for CO, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY state, Cleveland OH, VT, VA. Both are same range $135k-$215k. Actually they are identical. So we could state that the salary range is $135,000–$215,000 for the listed locations. That's not summarizing away detail; it's preserving the range. It's okay. But we should maybe mention both sets? Could say: "The salary range for this role is $135,000–$215,000 for employees in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, Greater D.C., Denver, NYC, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia." That captures all. That's fine. We must not include "This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location." That's somewhat boilerplate but it's part of pay transparency; maybe we can keep it as it's substantive? It's a disclaimer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This disclaimer might be considered legal boilerplate. It's about pay not guarantee. Might be considered legal. Safer to drop it. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". This is a legal disclaimer about pay. So drop. Thus Pay section just the range. Now Benefits: we listed items. The posting also mentions "The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." That's a disclaimer; could be considered legal boilerplate. Might drop. But it's substantive about benefits variability. Might keep? It's not exactly legal but it's a qualifier. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. This is about benefits variability; could be considered legal. Safer to drop. Thus Benefits just list. Now check for any other sections: "Preferred Additional Skills" we made Skills. Now ensure we didn't include any heading with empty content. Now produce final HTML. We need to output only the HTML fragment. Let's craft:
