About the role
Responsible for managing residential properties. Oversee maintenance, tenant relations, and financial aspects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain properties in good condition through regular inspections and repairs.
- Manage tenant applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
- Handle tenant disputes and complaints.
- Monitor rent payments and ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of property management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.

Pay
