YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE

• Facilitate Squeeze School (new therapist training)
• Interview therapist candidates and evaluate practical skills
• Liaison with massage school partners
• Participate in recruiting events
• Coach therapists on technique/body mechanics
• Ensure shop massage standards exceed expectations
• Deliver an amazing, personalized massage each and every time
• Review guest preferences prior to service
• Understand our shop technology and in-suite guest touch-screens
• Maintain suite cleanliness to Squeeze standards

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed/certified in your state with at least 5-years of practical field experience
• Experience in training, mentoring, and developing other therapists' skillsets
• Expert in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal modalities
• Proven track record in delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest's needs
• Available to work at least 24 hours a week (full-time)
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday)
