About the role
As a Full Time Lead Educator at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, you will engage directly with visitors, staff, and volunteers while sharing your passion for conservation and education. You will be part of a forward-thinking team that thrives on creativity and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging educational programs for visitors of all ages.
- Lead interactive presentations, workshops, and guided tours, ensuring participants leave with a deeper understanding of wildlife conservation.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to develop innovative curricula that align with our mission and core values.
- Manage educational materials, coordinate volunteer efforts, and evaluate program effectiveness to continually enhance our offerings.
- Maintain a welcoming and informative environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and fostering a culture of curiosity and inquiry.
Requirements

Qualifications
- A degree in education, biology, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience in education, preferably in a museum or aquarium setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for wildlife conservation and education.
