About the role

The Lead Marketing Intern will assist the marketing department in its promotional efforts and provide creative ideas to achieve our goals. Their main duties include completing clerical and administrative tasks, building social media campaigns, preparing promotional materials, presentations, and assisting the Marketing Manager with supervising the student marketing interns.

Responsibilities

• Aid in scheduling and training Marketing Interns.
• Promote events using internal platforms.
• Create and maintain a social media calendar and assist in the creation of content for social media accounts.
• Regularly participate in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns and events, taking detailed notes of meetings.
• Assist in organizing and promoting marketing and advertising activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
• Help create and distribute marketing materials.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during their first year.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient and cost-effective program.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be a student at the Aramark location.
