Lead Marketing Analyst

This role is with a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign measurement and performance reporting for various media channels
• Build dashboards providing clear insights into performance and ROI
• Ensure consistent reporting standards across departments
• Translate raw data into actionable performance narratives
• Collaborate on campaign planning using Airtable for optimization
• Develop multi-touch attribution models and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Drive analytics for the entire marketing funnel from lead to closed-won

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or demand generation analytics
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data, including campaign tracking
• Proficient in Airtable for campaign tracking and workflow management
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Expertise in full-funnel conversion analysis
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution modeling and ROI analysis
• Ability to influence data-driven decisions across Marketing, Sales, and Ops

Pay

$116,200 – $145,300 annually
