Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls
- Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns
- Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes
Requirements
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Physical demands: prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, occasional heavy lifting and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (or more)
- Good vision and effective communication skills
- Able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
- Able to work in areas with temperature and/or humidity extremes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a technician preferred, but not required
- Inboard experience a plus
Skills
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing marine vehicles and equipment
- Proficient in using OEM software and tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

$45+ Hiring Bonus up to $5,000 DOE
