Job Summary

Registered Technologist with both administrative and clinical accountability to designated service areas. Work with the Director of Imaging Services and Clinical Coordinator of Breast/Mammo to plan budget, workflow and staffing needs. Implements / updates department specific policies, procedures and standards with adherence to facility, state, federal and Joint Commission criteria. Provide leadership in development, optimization, and application of system protocols. Communicate on a daily basis all staff and patient related issues or problems that occur. Provide direction/action to ensure excellence in image quality and patient care employing technique that is both appropriate to patient age and clinical condition.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • ARRT (R) (M)
  • Active New Hampshire State Medical Imaging/Radiation Therapy license
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Mammography Technologist
