Lead Maintenance Trade Specialist (Electrical)
Major Responsibilities
Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnostics and implements complex repairs for multiple Utility System, Infrastructure and Life Safety Systems.
Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
Operates, monitors and maintains advanced utility equipment (generators, plant chillers, steam boilers, fire protection systems, etc.) and provides oversight of building automation systems to maintain and improve system efficiencies.
Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
Reads and updates blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for accurate task completion.
Interfaces with vendors, contractors and construction vendors to ensure safe utility interfacing and tie-in.
Coordinates, schedules and ensures required testing, calibrations and maintenance records are provided and maintained.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Industry recognized certification/license requiring Continuing Education Units or periodic renewal to maintain.
- Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of technical training.
- 5 or more Years of Experience in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
Qualifications
- Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
- Advanced computer skills/competency required in using and operating systems such as Microsoft Office Platform, Building Automation Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems.
- Clear understanding of applicable compliance codes and guidelines.
- Clear understanding of multiple trades and systems and how they interconnect and support the location.

Pay
Pay Range: $33.05 - $49.60
Schedule
Typical schedule will be M-F, 0600-1430 with rotating on-call. This schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the hospital.
