Essential Job Functions

  • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
  • Supervise and train workers.
  • Cook up daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance work.
  • Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
  • Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
  • Walks property to inspect grounds and addresses any issues promptly and reports any issues to management.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Stand, bend, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle tools and controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds individually and up to 200 pounds with assistance devices (i.e. hand trucks, appliance dollies, additional persons etc.).
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability focus.
  • Works in an outdoor environment and is exposed to adverse weather conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment may be moderate to high.
