Lead Maintenance Technician-Onieda Mills
About the role
The Lead Maintenance Technician position at Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is available for the Onieda Mill Lofts property in Graham, NC. This role is part of a larger effort to build thriving communities through the development of quality affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate housing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt customer service for all maintenance repair requests.
- Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins through direct supervision.
- Affirm that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance.
- Keep track of inventory and collaborate with management on priorities and budget.
- Play an essential role in delivering superior customer service to residents.
- Must have experience with HVAC systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years Maintenance Supervisor Experience
- 3+ years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
- HVAC Certified, EPA
Skills
Preferred qualifications include proven experience with HVAC systems and HVAC certification.

Pay
$23-$25 per hour, final agreed-upon compensation based on individual qualifications and experience.
