Maintenance Technician Responsibility Highlights

• Cookordinate tasks needed to maintain the buildings and grounds in a state of good repair, cleanliness, and attractive appearance.
• Assist with outdoor property maintenance to include snow removal.
• Ensure building compliance is up to code.
• Assist with the general housekeeping of all public areas and the routine cleaning of residents' units.
• Effectively communicate and work with outside contractors.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Must be age 18 or older
• 1-year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
• Handyman skills
