Maintenance Boots & Tools Program

• Annual reimbursement of $100 for the purchase of new work boots

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Aid the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Aid in keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal is highly preferred
