Maintenance Boots & Tools Program

Responsibilities
- Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
- Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
- Perform on-call emergency service as required
- Aid the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
- Aid in keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Universal is highly preferred
