About the role

The Lead Maintenance Technician will handle general repairs, assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and curb appeal maintenance. They will also troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and maintaining curb appeal.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained in good condition.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements

• HVAC certification (required).
• Previous multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
