Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Associate degree, Navy technical training, or relevant operational experience may qualify)
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience, with more than fifteen years of supervisory experience involving maintenance analysis, technical operations, and complex shipboard projects (25+ years highly desirable)

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience with Navy maintenance and logistics databases, including configuration and supply systems
- Experience with repair part procurement processes and supply chain procedures
- Experience equivalent to a Navy Quality Assurance Officer (QAO), with full familiarity in modern Navy QA practices
- Strong analytical skills for validating maintenance records, configuration data, and material readiness
Role Requirements
- Ability to conduct shipboard 3-M assessments and evaluations in operational, shipyard, and waterfront environments
- Willingness to travel to fleet concentration areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing reports and briefing leadership
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supply personnel, maintenance teams, ISIC/TYCOM staff, and fleet engineering/logistics authorities
