Lead Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including work orders, repairs, and unit make-readies
- Order and track maintenance parts and supplies, ensuring expenses stay within budget
- Maintain and service pool equipment (pool certification required)
- Schedule and manage vendor services as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations
- Provide leadership and training for maintenance staff
- Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of on-call rotation
Qualifications
- EPA Universal or Type II HVAC Certification (Required)
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Assistant Lead (Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
