Summary of Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains the flow of service under company standards regarding ticket times, food quality, plating specs, and guest modifications.
- Ensures all orders are to guest satisfaction within company standards.
- Ensures all orders are visually appealing.
- Completes daily safety and sanitation checks using company tools and systems.
- Communicates pertinent information to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
- Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintains good working relationships with other team members (including managers & support team members) and guests.
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Upholds safety and sanitation standards.
Position Requirements
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+lbs.
- Must be able to work 8+ hours a day on feet.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
