Located inside the Historic Union Station Building in Nashville. This is not a banquet kitchen. This is not a boring hotel cook job. We’re building a new stellar restaurant kitchen inside one of Nashville’s most iconic buildings, and we’re looking for cooks who care about the craft.

Professional Experience

• Experience working in a high-volume or quality-driven kitchen environment preferred
• Background in scratch cooking and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Proven ability to execute consistently and work as part of a team

Academic Background

• Culinary education is a plus, but not required
• Equivalent hands-on kitchen experience is highly valued
