Responsibilities

• Prepare made-from-scratch recipes
• Run a busy station during peak hours
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness and sanitation

New Skills

• Learn signature, made-from-scratch recipes
• Master plate presentations
• Develop speed and efficiency in a high-volume kitchen
